Bad drivers exist everywhere, but there are certain places that are predisposed to playing host to the worst of the worst thanks to vague traffic laws, utter lack of enforcement, and massively under trained drivers.
Thankfully, most of the countries on Jalopnik's Ten Countries With The Worst Drivers list are spots that most of us won't be driving anytime soon- oh wait, America is on the list too. They don't get specific, but we're betting they're referring to Los Angeles. Maybe New York.
