DEI is introducing Protect-A-Boot Sleeves for protection of ignition wire boots with a sharp 90° angle. Like the original straight-boot Protect-A-Boots product, the sleeves offer heat protection of up to 1,200 degrees and double-wall construction for added strength and durability, yet are designed to provide a universal fit for extreme angled, oversized, or rigid boots like ceramic ignition wire ends. The 1-1/4-inch diameter and pliable construction allow the sleeves to fit multiple angled spark plug boots. The material is made from a tightly woven high-temperature resistant glass fiber material. Protect-A-Boot Sleeves are currently available in silver in either a two-pack or eight-pack package.
