I've chosen my five favorite entries for the 2009 PHR Photo Contest: this is 2nd place.
Photographer Jacob Copeland contacted Bob Johnson, the owner of this '05 CTS-V after spotting his car on the LS1Tech.com forum. Jacob does a lot of freelance work with another website PlanetLSX.com and wanted to see if he could take a couple shots of his car. They met up in Indianapolis and had a great time capturing his 864 wheel horsepower supercharged LS2 Caddy.
The amazing thing about these photos are that they really pop without needing much color at all. My favorite photo is the one at the top of this page. It grabs your attention. The other photos demonstrate that Jacob obviously has control of his camera.
(This is not a winner for the contest, just one of my favorite entries)
