Buy this sweet Camaro, and help a worthy cause that's been a family institution in Wisconsin for many decades.

Even if we’re not actively trying to buy a car, most of us will typically browse eBay or a slew of other sites, just to see what people are selling. Those of you in the market for a second-generation Camaro may have stumbled across a listing on eBay for this 1979 Camaro.

The car itself isn’t particularly remarkable, but it's straight and clean

1979 Camaro proceeds to benefit Camp Anokijig

. It’s just a Berlinetta-optioned ride, with an aftermarket 350/four-speed combo and a couple of other shadetree speed mods. What is unusual about this car is that all of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to Camp Anokijig, a non-profit youth and family camp, located near Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Any eBay auction item that benefits a charity features a blue and yellow ribbon in its description and the listing says what percentage of the proceeds will go to a specific non-profit. In the case of this Camaro, all of the proceeds (after eBay’s commission) will go directly to Camp Anokijig.

It’s a win-win scenario for everyone. The donor of the Camaro gets a nice tax write-off, the winning bidder gets a car, another cool car avoids the Obama crusher, and everyone helps make a difference for a worthy cause.
