When assembling -AN hose, these tools are a must.
A couple years ago I bought this tool set just after I made my first set of lines. I had damaged the finish on the fittings pretty badly using regular tool-steel wrenches. I thought this might happen but I didn't know there was something out there that worked better.
Browsing the pages at summitracing.com I found these wrenches. They are made of aluminum and cover sizes -3 through -20 socket and nut sides. They are anodized different colors for quick identification. They come individually or in a set of 7. I suggest the set since you might need two at the same time.
Here are the part numbers: Set of 7 (230401ERL) $109.75 -6 wrench (230406ERL) $19.39 -8 wrench (230408ERL) $19.39 -10 wrench (230410ERL) $17.39
