This weekend I was working hard on the Mustang...
After having the car for almost a year, I finally got the six-cylinder boat anchor out! It was good enough to move the car from one parking spot to another, and a couple times around town, but now with the Currie rear end in, it would have taken a driveshaft modification to get moving again and with plans for a new engine, transmission, and driveshaft, I didn't see the point.
After the engine was out, I gave the Mustang engine bay a much-needed deep clean. This is something I recommend you do in every step of building a car. When a part comes out, clean the area, it will never be that easy to clean again.
The best part is, I was able to sell the engine and transmission to help fund more Mustang parts!
