Scratches, scrapes, swirl marks, and over spray: be gone!

I've had Meguiar's original ScratchX formula stocked at my house for about a year now and have used it many times. It's especially great for removing over spray from your shiny car's body. I've been known to be quite friendly with the rattle can, and the slightest breeze can carry the wet paint fog onto something you weren't planning on painting. I use a foam or cloth buffing pad to work the fairly aggressive compound into the paint, then wipe away with a microfiber cloth. Using some of their wax after this step will give you a finish you didn't think you could have back!

Meguiar's 2.0 version of this product works the same but has a new formula that can take care of more severe damage with less work. If you've got a large spot to go over, this polish can be applied with a DA sander.

So next time you get a scratch, scuff, paint mark, or any surface insult don't worry because ScratchX can probably get it out. This product retails for around $10, try it before spending hundreds on new paint!
