The 2010 Ford Mustang is not going to be an all new car by any stretch of the imagination, simply a refresh.

The updated 'Stang will feature a new Power Dome Hood, and almost every other piece of sheet metal on the car will be massaged from the current version. The car will get all new headlamps reminiscent of the 1970 model year Mustang. The entire front fascia, grille and fenders have been lowered to give it a sleeker look then the outgoing design, while the Power Dome hood allows the engine to breathe better. Out back the car gets its rear fenders reworked to give the car a more muscular look. The one design feature that may be hit or miss with many people are the new angular taillights featuring the return of sequential turn indicators.

The GT model will continue with the 4.6L V-8 although power has been bumped up to 315 Horsepower. The car will also have an updated suspension with the springs, shocks, and stabilizer bars all getting adjustments for better ride, steering, and handling across the board. A brand new interior, with a marked increase in quality of materials and options might make this the best Mustang yet!
