Break Down Tips

The one thing I regret, is that there aren't a lot of pictures of me as a kid. I sure didn't make that mistake with my Camaro.

I have documented nearly every bolt I've changed in my car. Now I can look back and see the progress, the mistakes, and the effort I put into the car. The memories are one reason taking pictures is so important.
Another reason it is important, is that when you start taking stuff apart, you may be so consumed with enthusiasm, you may overlook how things came apart, and then later, how it comes apart.
Invest in a decent digital camera and some high capacity memory cards. You can't take too many pictures with a digital camera. It doesn't cost you a penny different to take 1 picture vs. 1,000 pictures.
I know its harsh to say but it may come in handy if there is an insurance dispute. You have a million pictures to justify the cost to repair.
